ISO 9001 is a certified quality management system (QMS) for organisations who want to prove their ability to consistently provide products and services that meet the needs of their customers and ensure that quality is consistently improved. With the introduction of our online chat service and new paperless system, RMG is committed to the standards required by the ISO 9001 certification. We will always strive to stay at the forefront of our customer’s needs.

IRPM

The Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) aims to meet several objectives via its accreditation and membership scheme. These include:

  • Raising standards in the professional sector
  • Providing individuals with independent accreditation for their professional skills
  • Aid in the process of recruiting new entrants to the sector
  • Provide opportunities for Continuing Professional Development
  • Improve the standing of the sector in the eyes of the public.

RMG is also committed to the above and continues to invest in our people by funding the IRPM qualification as part of our employee’s career development.

This standard has been designed for organisations providing legal information and advice to the public. With our Solicitors Enquiries Department and consultancy service for the public and private sector, RMG can offer highly regarded legal guidance on the residential property management industry.
